If it is your first time
There is broth inside. Bite it like a normal dumpling and you will wear it. Four steps, and you will look like you have done it a hundred times.
Take it from the steamer by the knot at the top, never the belly, and set it in your spoon.
Small bite at the edge. Let the soup run out into the spoon and give it a few seconds.
Sip it straight from the spoon. This is the part people miss, and it is the best part.
Add ginger and a little black vinegar, and eat the rest in one go.
